If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment we appreciate the courtesy of your call with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
When your dental insurance plan "allows the assignment of benefits to dental providers of your choice," dental insurance benefits can be used as a form of payment toward your dental services here. Our office does not participate in Health or Dental Management Organizations (HMO/DMO) and actual benefits are based on a plan's individual payment design. Most traditional dental plans find our fees customary and reasonable; we are happy to help you with claims processing.

Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

If your dental insurance plan provides you the freedom to choose your own provider, the dental benefit can be used as a form of payment toward your services here. We will be happy to perform all claim submissions and assist you throughout the reimbursement process.
