What to Expect

Your first visit to Robert A. Lantzy, DMD, LLC is an important one as it introduces you to Dr. Bob and our friendly team!

Shortly after scheduling your initial visit, you receive an email with a secure link to your registration packet. Your quick response permits us to prepare for your initial visit. We wish to offer an exceptional wellness experience and time for prior records gathering helps offer a smooth transition for your continued care.

Our Doctor and Team reserve a minimum of 90 minutes for your initial comprehensive visit. Giving you our attention, we have the chance to get to know you and your concerns, as well as cover baseline diagnostic gathering. This information is considered in a complete health plan based on your presentation and needs.

Our vision is to coach our patients toward improving their lives through complete health dentistry. The baseline diagnostics also guide progress for continued care at dental health visits.

Comfort Menu

Your comfort is of great importance. We offer the following comfort aides and will be happy to arrange for you. Let us know which of these available comfort items we can prepare for you, during your care with us:

  • Blankets to keep you warm and relaxed, available with or without a scent of lavender
  • Pillows provide an extra measure of comfort if you have a sore back or neck, available with or without a scent of lavender.
  • Sunglasses add a layer of protection and relaxation during care
  • Tooth pillows/ Arch Support help you relax your jaw while supporting your mouth to remain open for care
  • Noise canceling ear plugs (disposable) are available to cancel out sound
  • Gingicaine is a comfort gel available for sensitive gums during dental gum care
  • Laughing gas sedation is available to ease your mind during procedures

    In order to make your visit an easy process, you can request an appointment from our website or call our Office. Our friendly team will assist you in getting everything set up!

    You can feel assured that our schedule is a customized plan to help our patients become healthier. Once your appointment is reserved, your commitment to your health is reserved.

    Insurance and Financing

    We accept payments for services by cash, check, and credit cards.

    While we are not contracted with any insurance carrier, we do accept “assignment of benefits” as a form of payment for services. To help pay for your services, most PPO plans allow assignment of benefit to our office. As our courtesy, we file dental claims for you.

    If interested, we also work with reputable healthcare financing partners and offer affordable financing options. This includes interest-free promotional options and extended payment plans through Alphaeon and Care Credit.

    We want you to stay healthy, so for continued maintenance and care, we offer perks through our membership plan, our Loyalty Program.
