If you don't have dental insurance — because you're self-employed, retired, between jobs, or just done with the hassle of insurance — our Membership Club is built for you. One predictable monthly fee covers your preventive care and offers discounts on services. No annual maximums, no waiting periods, no pre-approvals.
Our membership program is customized and provides dental health maintenance based on your established needs.
If you're a current patient, we'll use your prior history to guide program selection.
New patients will require a Comprehensive Evaluation prior to program selection.
$38 per month, plus a one-time $149 lifetime activation fee (which includes your first month). Saves at least $279 per year!

- 1–2 doctor exams per year
- Needed X-rays (as determined by your dentist)
- Fluoride treatment

Child Membership
Age 12 and Under

$46 per month, plus a one-time $149 lifetime activation fee (which includes your first month). Saves at least $219 per year! Designed for patients who get regular cleanings and don't have active gum disease.
