What you give us. When you request an appointment, fill out a form, call or text us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address and the reason you're reaching out.
What your browser sends. Like most websites, ours automatically records basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, IP address, the pages you visit and how you found us. We use cookies and similar tools to do this.
How we use it
We use your information to call you back, schedule and confirm visits, answer your questions, send the text messages you've agreed to, and understand how people use our website so we can improve it. We don't sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send appointment reminders, scheduling and follow-up messages, and occasional updates from our office. How often we text depends on your care. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (215) 860-5901. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of treatment.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the practice and this website, such as our phone, texting, scheduling and web hosting providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Your health information
Once you're our patient, your health information is protected by federal law (HIPAA) and handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices. We'll give you a copy at your first visit, and you can ask our front desk for one any time. Please don't send detailed medical information through our website forms. Call us instead.
Cookies and analytics
We may use tools such as Google Analytics to see which pages are useful, and advertising tools that show our ads to people who have visited our site. These services set their own cookies and follow their own privacy policies. How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
We don't knowingly collect information online from children under 13. If you're a parent or guardian, please contact us on your child's behalf.
