These terms apply to your use of this website and to text messages from Robert A. Lantzy, DMD, LLC. By using the site or agreeing to receive texts, you agree to them.
This website is not medical advice
The information on this site is general education about dental care. It isn't a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and reading it doesn't make you our patient. Only an exam with Dr. Lantzy can tell you what's right for you.
Emergencies
Don't use our website forms or text messages for an emergency. If you have a facial injury, swelling spreading toward your eye or neck, or trouble breathing or swallowing, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Appointment requests
A message sent through our website contact form doesn't book an appointment. Our team will call you during office hours to find a time. If you'd rather choose a time yourself, use our Schedule an Appointment link.
Text messaging terms
What you'll receive. When you give us your mobile number and opt in, Robert A. Lantzy, DMD, LLC may text you appointment reminders, scheduling and follow-up messages, and occasional updates from our office.
How often. Message frequency varies with your care.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (215) 860-5901.
Your consent. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of treatment. By opting in, you confirm you're 18 or older and that you're the account holder or have permission to use the number you gave us.
Carriers. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including your mobile number.
Content on this site
The text, photos, videos and logo on this website belong to Robert A. Lantzy, DMD, LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
